Medium Writing Day 30: Writer Fatigue? Or Resting on my Laurels?

Honestly I can’t tell. Wait, what laurels.

I swear there’s something terribly addictive about checking Medium stats.

I used to check the stock market price first thing in the morning after the alarm goes off. But now, I go to my Medium app, one eye still unopened, and promptly tap on the “stats” page as if possessed. They say people “drunk text” and “sleep walk”, meanwhile I’m here “sleep-checking-my-Medium-stats”.
